7-Day Return Policy

You have a 7-day window after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your item meets the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It should be unworn or unused.
  • It must have all original tags and be in its original packaging.
  • You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@atperformance.co.uk. Additionally, please note that all returns should be sent to the following address: Unit 6, 255 Water Road, Wembley, HA0 1JW.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept items sent back to us without prior return authorization.

Damages and Issues

We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon reception. If you notice that the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. This allows us to promptly evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants).
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).

Sale Items and Gift Cards

Please note that we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to initiate a return for the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If you are shipping merchandise to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without the need for justification. Similar to our standard policy, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with tags, in its original packaging, and you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will promptly notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
